Customs clearance of goods

Zabezpečíme zastupovanie v colnom konaní pri vývoze alebo dovoze – preclení zásielok do režimu voľný obeh (colné doklady T1, ATR a pod) alebo režimu dočasného dovozu a vývozu. Pomôžeme vám pri colnom zaradení tovaru (priradenie tzv. HS kódov) a kontrole obchodných dokladov – dodacích podmienok. V prípade potreby vám zabezpečíme aj dočasné uskladnenie v colnom sklade alebo kompletne zastrešíme fiškálne preclenie v inom štáte EÚ.

Road transport

We provide representation in customs proceedings for exports or imports – customs clearance of shipments into free circulation (customs documents T1, ATR, etc.) or temporary import and export. We will help you with the customs classification of goods (assignment of HS codes) and the inspection of commercial documents – delivery terms. If necessary, we will also arrange temporary storage in a customs warehouse or completely cover fiscal customs clearance in another EU country.

What kind of transportation can you provide for me?

At Galogic, we focus primarily on sea, rail and air transport worldwide. In order to provide the most efficient solution for our clients, we combine the various types of transport. If necessary, we can also provide additional land transport.

Which transportation is the fastest?

The fastest way to transport your goods is by air. However, it is also the most expensive type of international transport. A slightly slower, but also more affordable option is rail transport.

Which transportation is the cheapest?

The cheapest international transport of goods is by ship. However, it should be noted that this method of transport takes the longest. For clients looking for a compromise between price and speed, we recommend rail transport.

Who can order your services?

Our transport and logistics services are intended for companies/firms, as well as private individuals.

Do you provide transportation from Asia?

Yes. We can also transport your shipment from Asian countries.

What should you pay attention to when transporting goods from Asia?

In the case of sea transport from China and other Asian countries, the stumbling block is often the precise consultation of conditions. If a foreign company provides transport for you, it can easily happen that the transport becomes several times more expensive. The shipment will arrive in Europe, but another carrier will require you to pay additional costs for transport to the exact destination. Therefore, we recommend securing a domestic carrier with transparent conditions (no unexpected expenses or price increases) and the option of tracking the shipment.

Can you deliver my shipment from the port?

Yes. Such cases occur mainly in connection with the previous question. If it happened to you that your goods were left to hang somewhere in the port outside the expected delivery location, please contact us. We will communicate and arrange its final transport.

Do you have a price list for international shipping?

We do not have a general price list for international transport. First of all, it is always a question of the individual needs of the client, and secondly, it is necessary to adapt to transport prices, which constantly change over the course of several months. However, we can always prepare a tailor-made price offer for you.

How quickly can you prepare a quote for me?

We will prepare a quote for you promptly, within one working day at the latest.

What data do you need for a quote?

In order to accurately determine the shipping price, we will need basic information about the shipment (what type of goods it is, including necessary permits for special shipments, weight/dimensions, stacking options, type of container for FCL, pallet dimensions for LCL), the exact location of loading and unloading (ideally a zip code) and information about the delivery terms defined in the agreement with the supplier (so-called INCOTERMS).

Do you also provide domestic transport?

We do not specialize in domestic transport. However, for international transport due to final delivery to Slovakia, we do of course also use domestic routes.

Can you clear my goods/shipment for me?

Yes, customs clearance of goods is an additional service to our transport and logistics services. If necessary, we can easily handle customs procedures for exports or imports on your behalf.
